Shipping & Order Fulfillment

  • Delivery timeframe: All in-stock items are shipped within 5–7 working days.

  • Order processing: All orders are processed within 48 hours of confirmed payment.

  • Lean operation: We operate a lean business model with no warehouse stock, sourcing products directly from suppliers/manufacturers to keep prices as competitive as possible.

  • Stock delays: If the supplier/manufacturer is out of stock, this may result in delays. We will always keep you informed.

  • Replacement items:

    • In certain cases, the supplier/manufacturer may suggest a suitable replacement item for out-of-stock products.

    • If the replacement is equal or higher in value, it will be provided at no extra cost to the customer.

    • If the replacement is lower in value, the item will be provided with a refund up to the value of the affected item.

    • Replacement values are determined solely by the supplier/manufacturer and are not compared to prices in other stores or retailers.

  • Multiple items: Orders with multiple products may arrive in more than one parcel, depending on stock availability at different supplier/manufacturer branches.
