Terms & Conditions – Returns, Exchanges, and Warranty
1. Non-Returnable Items
The following products are not eligible for return:
• Modified or mechanically opened products (hardware or appliances).
• Items damaged due to negligence, misuse, abuse, or failure to adequately care for the product.
• Products showing signs of standard wear and tear.
• Items with unauthorized alterations.
• Products that, although accurately described on the website and generally fit for their intended purpose, do not meet your personal preferences.
• Special order items with delivery times exceeding 7 working days.
• Clearance items.
• Personalized or custom-made products.
• Opened consumables, software, software licenses or hygiene items.
2. Returns of Defective or Unwanted Products
Defective Products
If a product is defective, you must report this to us within 7 days of delivery. The product will be inspected upon return. Suppliers/manufacturers are responsible for refunds, replacements, and warranty claims.
Unwanted Products
You may return unwanted products under the following conditions:
• Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving the invoice or goods.
• Products must be unused, in original packaging, with all seals, labels, and stickers intact.
• All accessories, manuals, and parts sold with the product must be included.
• Products will be sent to and inspected by suppliers/manufacturers upon return; failure to meet the above conditions may result in the return being declined.
Restocking Fee
If an unused but opened item is returned, a 25% restocking fee may be applied, provided the product remains in its original packaging with all included materials.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective product or error on the part of the supplier/manufacturer.
3. Exchanges
If you are unhappy with a purchased product (for example, incorrect size or specification), we will provide an exchange within 7 days if a suitable replacement is available.
• The returned product will be collected at a predetermined collection rate.
• Exchanges are “like-for-like.” If a suitable replacement is unavailable, an in-store credit for the purchase price will be issued within 14 days of return validation.
• We reserve the right to inspect the product to validate eligibility for exchange. All final decisions lay with the suppliers/manufacturers.
4. Return Process
To expedite processing, please ensure:
• Products are safely and securely packaged for transit.
• Original packaging, labels, and accessories are included.
• The return reference number is clearly marked on the parcel.
Failure to comply may result in delays or refusal of the return.
5. Charges and Missing Accessories
If a defective product is returned without all included accessories or parts:
• We may refuse the return, or
• Replace only the items returned, or
• Estimate the value of missing items and issue an in-store credit accordingly.
6. Warranty Claims
Warranties are provided by the supplier or manufacturer and are outlined in the product description.
• Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
• While Thikiti will assist with the process, final responsibility for warranty fulfillment rests with the supplier or manufacturer.
7. Refunds and Credits
• Refunds for valid returns or defective items are generally processed within 7–14 working days after inspection and validation.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, or as an in-store credit if an exchange is not available.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error by the supplier/manufacturer or a defect covered by law.
Add your Shopify form embed code
Follow these steps to get your form code:
- Go to Marketing → Forms in your Shopify admin
- Select your form and click "Embed form"
- Choose "Inline embed"
- Copy the entire embed code
- Paste it in the "Form embed code" setting below
The code should look like: <div class="klaviyo-form-...">...</div>
