How can I be sure of the product quality?
We source products only from reputable suppliers and manufacturers and conduct thorough quality checks before listing items. Detailed specifications are provided to help you make informed purchasing decisions, in line with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), No. 68 of 2008, which ensures goods must be of good quality, in working order, and suitable for their intended purpose.

What is your shipping policy?
In-stock items are generally shipped within 5–7 working days, following a 48-hour processing period after payment confirmation. By sourcing directly from suppliers, we maintain competitive pricing. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you promptly. Shipping and delivery practices comply with the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA), No. 25 of 2002, ensuring transparency and secure online transactions.

What is your return policy?
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and resalable to qualify for a return. A receipt or invoice is required. Certain items, such as hygiene products or software licenses, are non-returnable. Products with broken seals but otherwise unused may incur a restocking fee of up to 25%. Our return policy aligns with the Consumer Protection Act & the T&C's of the supplier / manufacturer, which grants consumers the right to return goods that are defective, not as described, or unsuitable for the intended purpose. All final return policies lay with the supplier / manufacturer of the item or items purchased.

What should I do if my product is damaged or Dead-on Arrival (DOA)?
Products that arrive damaged or DOA must be reported within 7 days of delivery. We will assist in arranging a warranty replacement of the item or items purchased with the supplier / manufacturer. This procedure is supported by your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, which protects against receiving defective goods. All final return policies lay with the supplier / manufacturer of the item or items purchased.

How do I make a warranty claim?
Warranties are provided by the manufacturer or supplier and are detailed in the product description. Proof of purchase is required to initiate a claim. While Thikiti assists in the process, final decisions are made by the supplier or manufacturer. This aligns with the CPA’s provisions regarding implied warranties and guarantees.

Are shipping fees refundable?
Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defect covered under the Consumer Protection Act. Customers are responsible for return and warranty shipping costs, except where specifically covered by law.

How long does it take to process refunds?
Refunds are typically processed within 7–14 working days after the returned item is inspected and approved. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. This is in line with the CPA, which requires timely refund processing for returned or defective goods.
